
Note to self: lasagna is not a good pre-workout snack, even if it's just a little piece and you give yourself an hour to digest. Never.

My stomach is cramping already, but Chinese is worse I had to cut a 10k training run down to a four miler because of G.I. distress. No more moo shu runs for me.
I'm just catching up here. It seems you're having some quality posting time. Good.
The 'homecoming' effect happens to me every holiday season. strange.
Those pics were oh so pretty...no really.
I hate canada geese and I've heard they poop 2 pounds a day. EEEEYUK! My dog loves chasing them off the grass and I love watching them scatter, what a hoot.
OK, Lasagna is great food but give yourself a couple hours, please. I feel bad for that you had to erp your way through your workout.
ohhh...that doesn't sound like a good meal there...feeling woozy myself.
Find a bike yet? I hope you can so you can enjoy a few tri's while you are back for a bit.
I just found your blog via a comment you left for Rocketpants. I just read about your open water swim with the "soggy homos" and laughed so hard my belly hurt. I hope you get to do some well-organized and friendly races while you are home.
